City Engineer

The City of Basehor, a growing Kansas Community (4,000+) in the Kansas City Metro area, is accepting applications for the position of City Engineer. This position is responsible for analytical work in providing engineering and planning support for environmental, water, sewer, street and other Public Works projects and programs ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current Federal, State, and Local codes and criteria. Manages the City’s Geographical Information System (GIS). Degree in Civil Engineering/Planning or a closely related field including two years in utilities. Salary 60,000 – 70,000.
