Job Description
Duties:
Responsible for directing and assuring completion of product systems developments through the commercialization phase from developed prototype through manufacturing and market introduction. Assign project phases, coordinate with marketing product line managers, work with manufacturing engineering managers, product R&D and support groups for the respective product lines and quality, to ensure complete assurance for product introduction to original specification. Act in a consulting role with Technical Support/ERLT Groups on product/systems optimizations related to equipment and system applications. Particular attention to application of new technology and optimization of customer production and equipment run life.
Qualifications:
5+years industry experience preferred. 5-10 years experience in rotating equipment design and manufacturing. Experience in project management and leading development teams in complex product projects. Demonstrated ability to manage technical personnel in developing complex product/projects. Domestic and International travel. Exemplary communication skills, written, analytical, negotiating and interpersonal are essential.
