Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to join our client in San Diego, CA.

Job Overview:

As a Sr. Process Engineer, you will drive and execute a project to identify and qualify a high-end, high-quality contract manufacturer or outsourced partner for the production of IVD-equivalent components. You will coordinate across disciplines and functions including R & D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other engineering groups to define requirements and execute to plan. You will act as liaison to the product team and communicate progress up to the executive level.

Job Responsibilities:

- Participate in process definition and improvement, design, development and quality test activities in the formulation, filling and packaging of reagents.
- Troubleshoot production line issues related to yield, purity, and TAT.
- Provide guidance for constructing and executing controlled experiments (including DOE's) to optimize processes, address yield and quality issues and drive implementation of solutions in a production environment to meet production goals.
- Analyze process test results, issues reports and make technical recommendations.
- Define technical requirements and write procedures for manufacturing to process product.
- Act as liaison, providing progress updates to the product team and senior management.

Job Qualifications:

- B.S./M.S. in Chemical or Bio/Biotechnical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Eight to ten (8 - 10) years of relevant experience in manufacturing support, sustaining engineering, process definition, design, scale-up, process improvement, and validation.
- Demonstrated expertise in GxP environment.
- Working knowledge and experience with clean room design, production and process controls, and process development.
- Experience with ISO 14644.
- Experience with ISPE, GHTF, ICH guidelines, and IVD directives is a plus.
- Experience with high volume manufacturing in a high tech, high volume consumables industry.
- Experience with sterilization process and cleaning validations.
- Experience with product development processes and project management.
- Good interdepartmental communication skills and documentation skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals while working across departments is required.

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a fast growing financial client where the position can be based in San Diego, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage user and data security to allow access to appropriate resources within SCOM 2012.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks including health monitoring, performing, resource utilization, and index and data management.
- Install Configure, Administer and Troubleshoot SCOM 2012 and other performance management products in a Windows environment.
- Provide SCOM integration support with other systems to include Exchange 2010, Compellent, MS-SQL, Remedy Incident/Problem Management.
- Debug performance management hardware and network issues.
- Provide recommendations to improve monitoring environment.

Job Qualifications:

- Ability to establish set and maintain user access policies and domain rights within a Windows Server environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing and administrating relational databases, web/application servers, network components, and storage devices in a VMware Environment.
- Five (5+) years of Information Technology Experience.
- Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience.
- Experience working with relational database management systems with demonstrated work utilizing Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2008R2, or 2012.
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
