The Cleveland, OH office has an immediate opening for a motivated Water Resources or Storm Water Engineer with 5 to 8 years directly relevant experience to support state, federal and municipal projects involving municipal engineering, storm water management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, BMP design and construction, and watershed planning.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and programmatic support on a variety of storm water and watershed management projects. This position supports a variety of water resources projects within Tetra Tech and requires a professional with the demonstrated ability to work well with others as a member of the team.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Job Requirements: &lt;br /&gt;
•Background and degree in water resources or civil engineering with a Professional Engineering License. &lt;br /&gt;
•Education and work experience related to storm water management and planning, BMP evaluation, or watershed planning.&lt;br /&gt;
•At least 5 years related experience; demonstrated experience providing technical support for projects involving storm water management or watershed planning; and   ability to work independently and lead multi-disciplined teams.&lt;br /&gt;
•Experience conducting hydraulic and/or hydrologic and water quality modeling studies using public domain tools (particularly SWMM) strongly preferred.&lt;br /&gt;
•Experience with EPA, USACE, state, or municipal water resources projects preferred. &lt;br /&gt;
•Experience working in Northeastern Ohio watersheds a plus. &lt;br /&gt;
•Must be proficient in the use of standard word processing, spreadsheet, database, and GIS software. &lt;br /&gt;
•Excellent written skills needed to support development of technical products, tools, support documents, and training materials.&lt;br /&gt;
•Strong oral communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.  &lt;br /&gt;
•Experience conducting statistical analyses a plus.&lt;br /&gt;

We are hiring for our offices in Austin, TX, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Columbus, OH, and Denver, CO. Position Summary:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;!--d--&gt;This position is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians and field operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in business development and sales in the oil and gas pipeline industry. We are looking for someone with a unique mix of technical depth and business acumen to lead a multi-million dollar project team. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a well-established organization with upward mobility at the senior staff level – including shareholder opportunity.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Duties and Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
•	Establish work plan and staffing requirements for multiple large-scale projects &lt;br /&gt;
•	Oversees writing of scope, budget, and QAQC&lt;br /&gt;
•	Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency &lt;br /&gt;
•	Review performance data (financial, budgets, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels &lt;br /&gt;
•	Monitor and develop professional staff to maximize their potential &lt;br /&gt;
•	Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market area &lt;br /&gt;
•	Develop and maintain positive client relationships &lt;br /&gt;
•	Serves as Company representative at meetings and presentations&lt;br /&gt;

Required Experience, Education and Skills:&lt;br /&gt;
•	5+ years of progressive surveying and management experience&lt;br /&gt;
•	Oil &amp; Gas Pipeline experience preferred&lt;br /&gt;
•	Professional Licensed Surveyor in one or more states&lt;br /&gt;
•	Demonstrated leadership skills to manage multiple registered surveyors, technicians and field crews to deliver multi-disciplinary projects with fees between $5 - $10M&lt;br /&gt;
•	Demonstrated success in business development, marketing, and networking&lt;br /&gt;
•	Successful experience in contract negotiations, budgets, and fee estimates &lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills &lt;br /&gt;
