Key Duties and Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Responsible for instrument database applications, logic diagrams and control system drawing development (DCS I/O Lists, Cause/Effect Diagrams, etc.) &lt;br /&gt;
	Design and develop new control systems&lt;br /&gt;
	Prepare instrument (ISA) data sheets&lt;br /&gt;
	Interface with vendors/suppliers to determine proper control device solutions and applications&lt;br /&gt;
	Maintain and modify existing systems&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide support for P&amp;ID development&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide graphic design support for I&amp;C deliverables&lt;br /&gt;
	Troubleshoot and problem-solve control system issues&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide technical oversight of process instrumentation, control systems, safety instrumented systems and data acquisition systems on all projects&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Experience with key duties and responsibilities described above is a requirement&lt;br /&gt;
	Minimum 5 years experience in the Power and/or Oil and Gas industries working on multiple projects.&lt;br /&gt;
	Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience&lt;br /&gt;
	Experience with system control philosophies, control system architectures, control valves and instrumentation including PLC, DCS and HMI control system hardware associated with industrial multi-disciplined projects &lt;br /&gt;
	Demonstrated communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
	Experience with AutoCAD, CADWorx, and ECE PIDMO&lt;br /&gt;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;br /&gt;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:&lt;br /&gt;
	Lead the Automation Engineering and Maintenance Technician teams for the Lakewood Disposables manufacturing operation.&lt;br /&gt;
	Develop strategic plans for the Autocell, Automation Engineering and Maintenance Technician teams in order to support company growth and improvement objectives.&lt;br /&gt;
	Responsible for approximately $5M expense and $1M capital cost budgets.&lt;br /&gt;
	Develop and execute the Equipment Owner concept across all manufacturing.&lt;br /&gt;
	Implement a technician qualification program to support the Equipment Owner strategy.&lt;br /&gt;
	Establish and execute an equipment spare parts strategy that meets company objectives.&lt;br /&gt;
	Support and improve the issue escalation process to ensure alignment between Equipment Owners, On Call Engineers, Component Product and Product Engineering owners.&lt;br /&gt;
	Establish, report on and improve appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistent with organizational Balance Scorecard objectives and corporate philosophies. This may include but is not limited to:&lt;br /&gt;
o	Ensure manufacturing equipment performs in order to meet the safety, quality, regulatory, market availability and cost goals of the organization.&lt;br /&gt;
o	Improve the performance ratio between corrective and preventive maintenance  equipment actual reliability.&lt;br /&gt;
o	Implement a predictive maintenance program across manufacturing  equipment predicted reliability.&lt;br /&gt;
o	Spare parts inventory and replenishment performance.&lt;br /&gt;
o	Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)&lt;br /&gt;
	Maintain a project prioritization process which delivers upon company objectives.&lt;br /&gt;
	Ensure automation and assembly processes are validated in accordance with internal QMS and external regulatory requirements.&lt;br /&gt;
	Partner with others across the organization to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements. &lt;br /&gt;
	Partner with the Global Product Quality organization in support of the QMS.&lt;br /&gt;

Typical components include pump housings, shafts, gears, and impellers in a fast paced high-mix low-volume machine shop.&lt;br /&gt;

This is a senior position, and the successful candidate will have 10 plus years of experience in metal machining, including CNC programming for multi-axis machining. A strong understanding of machine controls (Fanuc, Okuma OSP, etc) and M&amp;G code programming is required. Experience programming with Unigraphics NX or similar CAM software preferred. Experience with NX Post Builder and NX Open will be an advantage but is not specifically required. Programming in other languages such as Visual Basic or C will be helpful.&lt;br /&gt;

The successful candidate must be capable of self direction and accountability, as well as working with team members on projects. Yoh has a contract-to-hire opportunity for a &lt;strong&gt;Cross Platform Incubate Engineer&lt;/strong&gt; to join our client in Greenwood Village, Colorado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Job Responsibilities &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Primary role comprise responsibility in building and support of cross platform incubate solution environments, provide solution certification subject matter expertise (SME) across the client's next generation content, applications, and media solutions.&lt;br /&gt;
- Solution certification responsibilities to sustain content, application, and media web service cross-platform incubate environments. These must take into account the full range of market considerations through close collaboration with product management, Engineering, IT, Operations, and relevant customer facing business units.&lt;br /&gt;
- Certify and effectively communicate Content, Application, and Media web service functional and non-functional testing validation and related infrastructure evolution outcomes to all levels of the company - specifically internal Operations - harvesting and harmonizing insights from all relevant areas.&lt;br /&gt;
- Establish and maintain current state baseline certification and technology documentation throughout the technology lifecycle, including end-of-life transitions &amp; migrations&lt;br /&gt;
- Foster strategic relationships across the industry, national &amp; international service providers, content service providers, and technology vendors to anticipate and plan for emerging opportunities &amp; threats. Utilize this expertise to support innovation and provide consultation to business units, partners and customers.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Job Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Equivalent&lt;br /&gt;
- Extensive experience with programming, testing and certifying service bus/web services&lt;br /&gt;
Understanding of software engineering practice&lt;br /&gt;
- Experience in Agile software development process&lt;br /&gt;
- Deep knowledge of the IPv4/6 protocol&lt;br /&gt;
- Knowledgeable of Service Provider/MSO networking technologies&lt;br /&gt;
- Deep knowledge on distribution media delivery models (e.g. CDN) and associated media delivery streaming technologies.&lt;br /&gt;
- Deep knowledge on streaming media protocols (e.g. HLS, HTS, RTSP)&lt;br /&gt;
- Extensive experience with digital asset management and content management systems&lt;br /&gt;
- Extensive experience and understanding of Video on Demand, Electronic Program Guides, Metadata Management&lt;br /&gt;
- Understanding of distributed cloud and storage architectures (e.g. VMWare, OpenStack)&lt;br /&gt;
- Extensive architectural and solution delivery experience, with an emphasis on media enabled services.&lt;br /&gt;
- Understand media container formats including - but not limited to - 3GP, AVI, MPEG2-TS, MPEG program streams, MP4, FLV/F4V, Motion JPEG 2000, H. 264,&lt;br /&gt;
- Demonstrated ability to work end-to-end at various levels of abstraction, solution definition, solution certification, and operational deployment.&lt;br /&gt;
- Creative and optimistic-but-responsible approach to problem solving planning and opportunity-risk mediation.&lt;br /&gt;
- Demonstrated ability to meet delivery dates for small, medium, and large scale development projects.&lt;br /&gt;
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data&lt;br /&gt;
- Proven technical writer&lt;br /&gt;
- Priority setting: Self manage assigned projects so that demands for expertise are addressed appropriately.&lt;br /&gt;
- Continuous improvement: passion for sharing best practice across domains.&lt;br /&gt;
- Planning: consideration for future technical and resource requirements.&lt;br /&gt;
- Content, Applications, and Media - Prefer a minimum of four years experience with MSO, Telco, Service Provider, or equivalent&lt;br /&gt;
- Media Distribution - Prefer three years experience with Telco, MSO, Content Service Provider, Internet Service Provider, or equivalent&lt;br /&gt;
- Capacity/Data Traffic Modeling - Prefer a minimum of one year experience with MSO, Service Provider or equivalent.&lt;br /&gt;
