ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:&lt;br /&gt;

 Oversee all phases of day-to-day manufacturing including scheduling, fabrication, quality, maintenance, and shipping.&lt;br /&gt;

SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:&lt;br /&gt;
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/educational background: &lt;br /&gt;

 Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Engineering (Civil or Construction) or equivalent education + experience&lt;br /&gt;
 Minimum of 10 years of experience managing structural precast operations&lt;br /&gt;
