Computer knowledge to search computer files, and/or generate standard reports, and to input or edit information into spreadsheets or programs. A solid/working knowledge is needed in filing, sorting and coding by headings or sub-headings. This job requires operating or maintaining standard office equipment. This position requires a valid driver's license.

DUTIES:
Required to work 15 hours per week.
File and search information and materials in various types of files according to departmental set-up. Update computer files to input or edit using MS Excel. Generate standard reports. Assist with project work. Other administrative duties as assigned.

Due to the nature of work performed at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, candidates MUST be a U.S. citizen to qualify for the position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned as business conditions change.

� Oversee all phases of day-to-day manufacturing including scheduling, fabrication, quality, maintenance, and shipping.
� Forecast labor and raw material needs.
� Facilitate the planning and start-up of new production locations, including determining capital needs and sourcing for labor, utilities and raw materials
� Work directly with customers, Hog Slat�s sales team and internal & external engineering to develop and manufacture products that meet changing market demands

SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/educational background:

� Bachelor�s Degree from an accredited university in Engineering (Civil or Construction) or equivalent education + experience
� Minimum of 10 years of experience managing structural precast operations
� Strong blend of analytical, decision-making and creative problem solving skills
� Excellent written and verbal English communication (ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus)
� Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Outlook, Word, Excel
� Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and serve as a member of a team
� Ability to travel extensively (domestic and international)
