Our US based office in Washington DC is seeking to strengthen its marketing team to cope with the expanding opportunities in this market sector. We are looking for an electrical engineer to work in a small team in the office of the Vice President of Sales supporting the technical presentation of new bids and proposals. This individual will work closely with our Engineering department bringing the information required to develop effective solutions to customer requirements together under tight deadlines during the bid preparation stage. Opportunities may exist for international travel to complete training requirements, so flexibility is extremely important.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and will be a highly motivated self starter with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar industrial field. Although experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred, it is not essential as OJT will be given. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for this challenging role and the flexibility to complete projects under extremely tight deadlines is of paramount importance. The ability to understand Spanish as well as outstanding English written and oral skills is an advantage.
