Coral Gables Hospital is currently seeking a Director of Support Services to assume responsibility for overall plant operations, security and bio-medical departments in the hospital.

Must have a college or trade school education relating to the engineering field or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining all types of power plant, environmental and building mechanical equipment. Must have progressive supervisory experience with direct responsibility for the management of plant operations. Knowledge of JCAHO, AHCA and OSHA regulations; multiple trades; building systems and life-safety codes; current leadership, management and quality improvement principles; and elementary accounting principles including budget development, business economics and inventory management.
