Minimum Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;

*Assist in the development of Trumpf nesting routines for Production Control and the shop floor.&lt;br /&gt;
*Prepare MRP II Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process routings.&lt;br /&gt;
*Troubleshoot problems on the plant floor; this is a high priority item on a daily basis.&lt;br /&gt;
*Perform operator assembly training or Safety and Health training to satisfy governmental agency requirements.  Prepare training aids, including operator instructions and illustrations.&lt;br /&gt;
*Perform detailed and documented project management.  This includes the use of Microsoft Project proficiency.&lt;br /&gt;
*Document and maintain records for EPA and related agencies.&lt;br /&gt;
*Justifies, procures, and implements capital equipment at the facility (CapEx program).&lt;br /&gt;
*May require occasional travel as needed.&lt;br /&gt;
*Must be able to work additional hours to support the organizations needs.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  &lt;br /&gt;

*A Bachelors Degree in engineering, technology, or business preferred.  Provide back-up help within Procurement as needed.&lt;br /&gt;
 Assist in procurement through payment cycle process improvements.&lt;br /&gt;
 Assist in consignment and VMI reconciliation of materials with suppliers and plants.&lt;br /&gt;
 Collect and monitor supplier data via scorecard for selected goods.&lt;br /&gt;
 Maintain supplier contact information files. &lt;br /&gt;
 Weekly and Monthly purchase order reports. &lt;br /&gt;
 Weekly and Monthly shipment reports.&lt;br /&gt;
