Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for planning, designing, and directing mechanical engineering projects by performing the following duties: professional service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires the specialized knowledge of applied mathematics and sciences specifically relating to the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, and automatic controls systems for buildings projects; preparation of construction contract drawings and specifications, including design quality control reviews; performance of engineering surveys, consultation investigation, code reviews, evaluation, planning, and professional observation of construction of public and private structures, work, or projects; and assist in the preparation of fee proposals for mechanical engineering services.

Requirements: Bachelor�s Degree in a relevant field of engineering from an accredited four-year college or university. Professional registration in the State of Alaska as a licensed mechanical engineer is required.

M5 - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with solid background in mechanical engineering.
M6 - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with solid background in mechanical engineering.
