Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

� A 4-year degree is required.

Position Description

The Advanced Boeing Military Aircraft (ABMA) division of Phantom Works is seeking a Vehicle Management System design engineer is to support a new prototype activity. This individual will be involved in design, integration and test activities for a Vehicle Management System (VMS) and participate in its integration into the overall system.

URS Corporation is seeking a Project Engineering Manager III to be based in our St. Louis Missouri field location.

Level Specific Responsibilities:

� Incumbent would have the responsibilities to manage new and on-going project assignments within the St. Louis (STL) office operation.
� Work on new work proposals; synthesize the required scope and collaborate with discipline personnel or other offices to assign scope and prepared work hour estimates and preparing written and financial deliverables for management review and issuance to clients.
� Manage in-house resources in the performance of project assignments and assuring conformance to contractual and performance requirements and internal business policies related to project execution.
� Work with project controls to prepare monthly internal and external reports.
� Present internal reports and represent statues of project performance to upper management.
� Conduct monthly project status reviews with client representatives.
� Serve as primary client contact on assigned projects/contracts ? maintain and nurture relationships.
� Engage upper management when called for client relationship matters, special events and/or strategic initiatives.
� Identify and help to mentor younger/inexperienced office/company personnel to potentially grow into the PEM job family.
� Promote the company internally and externally.
� Assure compliance to all company policies in all project, contractual and personnel dealings.
� Support business development functions by representing the company capabilities to prospective clients or directly participating in soliciting new work opportunities in the marketplace in coordination with business development and in alignment group strategic direction.
� May take on specific project-related special assignments such as support commissioning and start-ups at the job-site.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

� Bachelor of Science within an Engineering Discipline from a four-year accredited college or university.
� Minimum of 15 years of engineering beverage or foods industry experience with a minimum of 8 years of related project management and/or project engineering management experience.
� Must be a licensed Professional Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications:

� Credentials such as PMP certification are encouraged

� Experience in with heat transfer and/or fluid dynamic applications within the beverage or food industry.

� Experience working with law firms and insurance companies is a plus
� Experience with commercial, institutional, healthcare, high-rise and governmental facilities is desired
