&lt;!--d--&gt;As a Project Controls Specialist, you will provide support to project management support functions including, but not limited to, baseline validation and review, estimating, planning, scheduling, and project performance assessment.  The PC Specialist will also support internal and external project reviews and validations.  &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 A 4-year degree is required.&lt;br /&gt;
 PMP Certification preferred&lt;br /&gt;
 A minimum of 5-7 years experience in Construction Project Scheduling&lt;br /&gt;
 Basic Earned Value Management skills; experience with EVMS standards and tools, monitoring and evaluating contractor/subcontractor performance and performing monthly EVMS analysis and preparing required client reports.&lt;br /&gt;
 Proficiency with Primavera (P6) Scheduling Software&lt;br /&gt;
 Proficiency with cost management applications such as Deltek Cobra.&lt;br /&gt;
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)&lt;br /&gt;
 Effective oral and written communication skills. &lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to work independently or in a team environment. &lt;br /&gt;

 Serve as overall discipline coordinator reviewing engineering work and deliverables and serving as engineer of record for work under incumbents supervision. &lt;br /&gt;

 Manage in-house resources in the performance of project assignments and assuring conformance to contractual and performance requirements and internal business policies related to project execution. &lt;br /&gt;

Minimum Requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Bachelor of Science within an Engineering Discipline from a four-year accredited college or university.  &lt;br /&gt;
 Minimum of 8 years of engineering beverage or foods industry experience with a minimum of 5 years of related project management and/or project engineering management experience.&lt;br /&gt;
 Must be a licensed Professional Engineer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preferred Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Credentials such as PMP certification are encouraged &lt;br /&gt;
 PE preferred&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
