Project Time & Cost, Inc., an Atlanta based international project management; cost and forensic engineering firm is currently seeking a Project Controls Specialist for a client located in Kansas City, MO.

Job Responsibilities

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will provide support to project management support functions including, but not limited to, baseline validation and review, estimating, planning, scheduling, and project performance assessment. The PC Specialist will also support internal and external project reviews and validations.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

� A 4-year degree is required.
� PMP Certification preferred
� A minimum of 5-7 years experience in Construction Project Scheduling
� Basic Earned Value Management skills; experience with EVMS standards and tools, monitoring and evaluating contractor/subcontractor performance and performing monthly EVMS analysis and preparing required client reports.
� Proficiency with Primavera (P6) Scheduling Software
� Proficiency with cost management applications such as Deltek Cobra.
� Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
� Effective oral and written communication skills.
� Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
� Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in the production of deliverables and in interactions with fellow employees and client personnel.
� Travel may be extensive depending on client's needs.
