POSITION SUMMARY:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Proficiently perform system engineering with an excellent grasp of current optical and coaxial transport options.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MAJOR DUTIES:  (May perform any or all of the following duties.)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Oversight of the utilization of the Region's fiber capacity for Comcast Commercial Services project requests, as well as 3rd party fiber requests.  Works closely with Region and System staff to ensure consistency and accuracy in New Build and Commercial Business project design, and evaluation of costs estimates.&lt;br /&gt;
- Complete understanding of system performance parameters and proficiently perform system engineering calculations.&lt;br /&gt;
- Produce design utilizing CWDM and DWDM technologies reclaiming fiber.&lt;br /&gt;
- Coordinate and assist with site audit and fiber documentation by system for the Freedom Region.&lt;br /&gt;
- Assist with developing and implementing workflow processes and procedures. &lt;br /&gt;
- Assist with analyses of advance architectures, new technologies and solutions.&lt;br /&gt;
- Project manage in-house and contractor personnel.&lt;br /&gt;
- Develop different optical solutions and options to be used for modeling.&lt;br /&gt;
- Develop RFPs for complete vendor analysis.&lt;br /&gt;
- Train system design engineers on latest and upcoming technologies and architechtures. &lt;br /&gt;
- Must be familiar with Bentley Comm, Lode Data/AutoCAD, OSP Insight, and strong MS Office skills. &lt;br /&gt;
- Be proactive in pursuing innovative ways to make the Department more productive and efficient.  &lt;br /&gt;
- Some travel will be required.&lt;br /&gt;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Required Skills:&lt;br /&gt;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Must have complete understanding of system architectures inclusive of Headend/OTN, combining, optical transport, optical distribution, and coaxial distribution.  Proven analytical and problem solving skills.  Ability to work in a team or individual contributor role.  Outstanding interpersonal, oral, written communication, and organizational skills.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience desired.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
EXPERIENCE:  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
15 plus years experience in telecommunications systems design preferred.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
WORKING CONDITIONS:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Office environment primarily, with some field inspection, as well as trips to the System Office locations in the Region. &lt;br /&gt;

JOB SUMMARY:&lt;br /&gt;
Facilitate CAPA process and related activities. Create CAPAs; monitor and analyze data and trending. Lead and/or support activities for process improvements and systems integration projects. &lt;br /&gt;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:&lt;br /&gt;
• Lead and participate in CAPA process and system improvements. &lt;br /&gt;
• Ensure CAPA activities are effectively coordinated across all plants/locations. &lt;br /&gt;
• Facilitate/participate in CAPA review meetings. &lt;br /&gt;
• Ensure compliance to the Divisional CAPA process requirements across all plants. &lt;br /&gt;
• Perform trending activities. &lt;br /&gt;
• Maintain divisional metrics. &lt;br /&gt;
• Communicate CAPA data and information to management. &lt;br /&gt;
• Provide information, as appropriate, to feed into the corporate CAPA process. &lt;br /&gt;
• Support Stryker Orthopaedics' continuous improvement initiatives. &lt;br /&gt;
• Lead and participate in projects related to system integration and improvements to the Solution NetRegulus system as it relates to CAPA. &lt;br /&gt;
• Perform system administration activities in NetRegulus. &lt;br /&gt;
• Perform and participate in divisional training on systems and/or processes related to CAPA. &lt;br /&gt;
• Actively promote a team approach to the CAPA process across all departments and all plants. &lt;br /&gt;

QUALIFICATIONS:&lt;br /&gt;
• 5+ years experience addressing Corrective Actions in a regulated industry &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System requirements: FDA Medical Device regulations (QSR) requirements, ISO 9001 / 13485, and applicable Medical Device Directives &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated ability to use Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Project &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively apply problem solving techniques &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings to determine root cause investigations and analysis &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated ability to work with electronic systems to complete/evaluate data analysis, trending, and system configuration &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals across multiple plants/locations &lt;br /&gt;
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering Science or related field of study. &lt;br /&gt;
• Prefer formal problem solving techniques training and/or certification. &lt;br /&gt;
