PT&C is an Atlanta based international project management and construction management, cost and forensic engineering consulting firm. We are currently seeking within various US locations, qualified service professionals to fulfill a multitude of open positions with flexible work schedules, and the ability to work from home.

Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the PT&C Site Principal and the individual is responsible for supporting the DOE EM-53 client in various duties including: Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve project management of capital asset projects as well as operations activities, supporting ad hoc requests from the client, providing strategic guidance, and supervising staff.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

� Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technical Discipline
� Hold at least one professional certification/license, such as PMP, CCC or CCE
� Fifteen (15) years minimum years of related job experience
� P.E., MBA or experience working with DOE programs preferred but not required
� Prior experience in management consulting, nuclear power plants, DOE EM or DOE preferred but not required
� Project management of complex projects
� Excellent writing skills
� BD experience and proposal writing
� Knowledge of nuclear technology and construction management

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
� Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or physical science from an accredited college or university.
� Must have 4+ years of professional experience with 2 years experience in criticality safety.
� Demonstrated experience with MCNP and/or SCALE codes.
� Experience with: Demonstrated DOE and/or commercial nuclear experience in performing criticality safety analytical and operational oversight tasks in accordance with ANSI 8 series of standards. Develop nuclear criticality safety evaluations (NCSE) and supporting criticality calculations in accordance with DOE standards and guidelines. Develop criticality safety strategies, specifying criticality safety structures, systems, and components (SSCs).
� Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
� Must have the ability to affectively mentor junior level Criticality Safety Engineers.
� Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Requirements:
� Advanced degree in Nuclear Engineering.
� Familiarity with criticality computing platform selection/maintenance and Software Quality Assurance. A DOE Q clearance is desired, but only the ability to obtain one is required

URS Corporation is seeking a Principal Engineer � Emergency Management to be based in our Carlsbad, NM location.

Position Description:
Responsibilities include overall implementation of DOE order 151.1 C according to guidance provided in DOE G 151.1-4. Successful candidate will ensure that emergency planning hazards survey and hazardous analysis are current and satisfactory, and that Emergency Readiness Assurance Plan is updated and submitted as requested by DOE. Individual will develop training, emergency drills and exercises. This employee will coordinate NIMS/ICS training for members of the Crisis Management Team as well as interface with auditors and develop/implement corrective actions to close findings and opportunities for improvement.

URS is looking for Engineers to support the development of Design Analysis Calculations (DACs) for a nuclear facility near Oak Ridge, TN.

Typical Responsibilities:
� The work includes the preparation of calculations and designs for equipment including pumps, tanks, exchangers, etc. In addition, several calculations will be prepared to support development of the Safety analysis for the project. All work is performed using electronic media and candidate must have good familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and engineering programs such as Math Cadd. The project duration currently is nine to twelve months but can change as funding and scope become more solidified
