Key Duties and Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Load tabulations&lt;br /&gt;
	Medium and low voltage power distribution system design, including system configuration and equipment selection and sizing&lt;br /&gt;
	Layout of motor control centers and development of medium voltage and low voltage motor elementary diagrams&lt;br /&gt;
	Design of feeder and branch circuits including selection of conductors, conduit, and required protective devices&lt;br /&gt;
	Lighting calculations and fixture selection for indoor and outdoor lighting systems&lt;br /&gt;
	Panelboard layout, schedules and riser diagrams&lt;br /&gt;
	Layout of underground conduit and duct banks&lt;br /&gt;
	Layout and routing of conduit and cable tray systems, and circuit schedule development&lt;br /&gt;
	Grounding, telecom, fire alarm and security systems&lt;br /&gt;
	Control and PLC cabinet wiring diagrams&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Experience with the key duties and responsibilities described above is a requirement.&lt;br /&gt;
	Associate Degree or Computer Aided Design training&lt;br /&gt;
	5-10 years experience in the design of power distribution, motor control, lighting and grounding systems for industrial process facilities&lt;br /&gt;
	Proficiency using AutoCAD V2010 or higher&lt;br /&gt;
	Proven ability to supervise work of other designers and drafters&lt;br /&gt;
	Strong communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
	Working knowledge of the latest version of the NEC&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Additional design experience (desirable):&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Automation controls (PLC) and building management systems&lt;br /&gt;
	Hazardous classification location drawings defining hazardous zones &amp; boundaries&lt;br /&gt;
	Variable frequency drive installations&lt;br /&gt;
	Lighting design software (AGI32 or equivalent)&lt;br /&gt;
	Pulp &amp; Paper industry experience&lt;br /&gt;

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:&lt;br /&gt;

*	With minimal supervision, prepares complex sectional and/or external layouts to resolve envelope concerns, functional or interference problems.&lt;br /&gt;

*	Performs complex tolerance and dimensional stackups of all parts and assemblies comprising an assigned project.&lt;br /&gt;
