Assign project phases, coordinate with marketing product line managers, work with manufacturing engineering managers, product R&D and support groups for the respective product lines and quality, to ensure complete assurance for product introduction to original specification. Act in a consulting role with Technical Support/ERLT Groups on product/systems optimizations related to equipment and system applications. Particular attention to application of new technology and optimization of customer production and equipment run life.<br /> <br /> Qualifications: <br /> 5+years industry experience preferred. 5-10 years experience in rotating equipment design and manufacturing. Experience in project management and leading development teams in complex product projects. Demonstrated ability to manage technical personnel in developing complex product/projects. Domestic and International travel.
