Highly successful independent oil and gas exploration and production company is seeking an experienced Exploitation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work as part of a high performance team.

Location:
� Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.

Requirements:
� The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. degree in engineering (petroleum engineering degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years reservoir and operations engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
� Strong knowledge of reservoir depletion and development strategies, experience in economic evaluations and exposure to filed operations is required.
� Candidates must be proficient in the use of computer applications.
� Excellent communication, organizational and team leadership skills, complemented with a strong work ethic are also required.

Responsibilities:
� Work closely with Geoscience and Engineering teams in the areas of field development and exploration.
� Additional responsibilities to include prospect evaluations, reserve management, and monitoring of production performance.
� Work with Vice Presidents of Geoscience and Reservoir Engineering to deliver reservoir depletion and development strategies, analyze previous results and implement changes to maximize future returns.
� Develop systems and processes to monitor and document activity.
