 Manages industrial/manufacturing projects that apply to all BAC plants and licensees worldwide&lt;br /&gt;
 Working with Marketing and Engineering, assists in the design of new and/or redesigned products and the development of manufacturing plans to include manufacturing procedures, tooling and fixtures, initial labor estimates, capital requirements, transportation, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
 Manages the implementation of the above mentioned processes and systems in all BAC plants in North America as required&lt;br /&gt;
 Initiates profit improvement projects related to materials, labor, overhead and equipment&lt;br /&gt;
 Facilitates the communication of manufacturing information between plants in an effort to share knowledge/benefits company-wide&lt;br /&gt;
 Assists Plants with capital budgets, equipment selection and plant layout as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;
 Prepares Capital Expenditure Requests including financial justification for new and innovative equipment and processes as well as new plants&lt;br /&gt;

QUALIFICATIONS&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline; Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical required&lt;br /&gt;
 Five plus years previous engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment required&lt;br /&gt;
 Experience in sheet metal fabrication &amp; assembly and process improvement required&lt;br /&gt;
 Excellent computer skills - Windows applications and MS Office &lt;br /&gt;
 CAD/Drafting experience preferred but not required&lt;br /&gt;
 Competent employing continuous improvement tools including Lean in a manufacturing environment&lt;br /&gt;
 Excellent communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
 Demonstrated project management skill and sound technical judgment&lt;br /&gt;

 Tracks project progress and assures deliverables occur on time updating project documentation as required&lt;br /&gt;

 Works with partner teams to improve the available capacity for services by augmenting and upgrading equipment&lt;br /&gt;

 Manages employee training and development to include regular face-to-face coaching &lt;br /&gt;

Accordingly, the project controls group will support a range of projects with a total project value in excess of US$1 billion. These projects range in scope/scale from major EPS Concentrator and/or Hydromet facilities, to engineering &amp; equipment supply for &quot;islands&quot; within a larger project, to equipment supply bundles, and multiple equipment supply and engineering only projects.&lt;br /&gt;

The successful candidate will provide project control management to include cost controls and analysis, estimating responsibilities, schedule development and monitoring, impact identification, accounting invoice coordination, office facilities planning and associated business management. &lt;br /&gt;

1. Identify project control staffing requirements for all current projects and recruit personnel to meet these requirements in cooperation with the human resources department. Serve as a liaison with business unit functional management to coordinate workload and staffing plans.&lt;br /&gt;

2. Review contract drafts and related terms &amp; conditions to ensure they meet project controls requirements and coordinate development of data in support of contract compliance. &lt;br /&gt;

8. Prepare, coordinate, and deliver project controls presentations to internal management and to client, as required.&lt;br /&gt;

Qualifications &lt;br /&gt;

	Civil (with Structural emphasis) or Structural Engineering degree and a minimum of 10 years experience. &lt;br /&gt;
	A track record of growth on increasingly complex projects and leadership responsibilities, including structural design of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood.  Design of complex foundations, including pile and soil supported.&lt;br /&gt;
	Experience with use of the AISC, ACI, IBC, and other model codes (past and present), ASCE 7 and AISC Seismic provisions. Structural design and analysis software experience using STAAD, Enercalc, FEA and similar. AutoCAD proficiency provides an additional advantage to the candidate. &lt;br /&gt;
	PE registration, or the commitment to acquire within 1 year, is required. SE license is desired.&lt;br /&gt;

The IT Associate Deployment Analyst works with stakeholders - both leadership and subject matter experts from business and IT - to assist in the successful implementation of business solutions. This will include overall review of the SGH completion engineering activity and ensuring that the engineering tasks (such as customer data requirements, shop support, certification issues, engineering reports) are being completed within the scheduled time frames. Fully understand the contract requirements between Sikorsky and SGH for all engineering requirements for product completion. Coordinate with SGH completion team, SGH Engineering team, outside vendors and the aircraft program managers during the completions process. Resolve interdepartmental issues proactively. Monitor and report engineering labor cost performance against project budgets. Prepare statements of work to support subcontracting of outside services and 3rd party equipment. Develop and support quoting activities for engineering requirements as it relates to production, completions, 3rd party engineering, and Helicopter Services Division (HSD) activities. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Coordinate the use of outside Engineering consultants.&lt;br /&gt;
Coordinate the use of outside engineering consultants for successful certification projects. Coordinate the project objectives with outside contractors and manage the performance of the contractor to project budgets and schedules. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Develop and maintain department procedures and policies.&lt;br /&gt;
Develop and recommend to the Manager of Engineering, new department policies and procedures. When approved, implement the procedures, as approved, in a timely manner.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Recommend new product business opportunities.&lt;br /&gt;
In the time frame assigned, perform analysis and present options with a recommended course of action to the Manager of Engineering for approval.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Program Management or equivalent degree with 2 or more years of relevant experience required. A strong knowledge of MS project, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word and the ability to manage multiple projects and people is required. Good interpersonal skills with an understanding of customer requirements and experience with managing production schedules required. 	Serves as Company representative at meetings and presentations&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Required Experience, Education and Skills:&lt;br /&gt;
	5+ years of progressive surveying and management experience&lt;br /&gt;
	Oil &amp; Gas Pipeline experience preferred&lt;br /&gt;
	Professional Licensed Surveyor in one or more states&lt;br /&gt;
	Demonstrated leadership skills to manage multiple registered surveyors, technicians and field crews to deliver multi-disciplinary projects with fees between $5 - $10M&lt;br /&gt;
	Demonstrated success in business development, marketing, and networking&lt;br /&gt;
	Successful experience in contract negotiations, budgets, and fee estimates &lt;br /&gt;
	Excellent written and verbal communication skills &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
