� Supplier Development Technical / Process
� Design For Manufacturability
� Supplier Selection / Audit
� Aggregate Failure / Quality Tracking by Commodity
� Supplier Consolidation Decisions
� Supply Base Risk Reduction
� Cost Reduction
� Quality Plan / Contract Review and Approval
� Cross-Division Supplier Collaboration
� 10%-15% Travel

Qualifications:
� Masters or Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering
� 4-6 yrs. Industry Experience
� Commodity Specific Technical Expertise (PCBA, Wire Harnesses, Machining, Sheet Metal, Molded Plastics, and OEM)
� Supplier / Project Management Experience
� Demonstrated Collaboration, Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Skills
� Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & methodologies, with proven ability to apply them
� Supplier Audit and or Lead Assessor Experience
� Knowledge of Quality Management System Tools, Continuous Improvement Methodologies & In-Depth Understanding of Site Level Products & Related Processes
� Knowledge of Quality System Standards QSR, ISO3485 and ISO9001 electronics manufacturing and DFM background desired.
