We are searching for an ambitious and decisive Senior Project Manager to direct a team of professionals working on multiple, large-scale projects.  We are hiring for our offices in Austin, TX, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Columbus, OH, and Denver, CO. Position Summary:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;!--d--&gt;This position is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians and field operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in business development and sales in the oil and gas pipeline industry. We are looking for someone with a unique mix of technical depth and business acumen to lead a multi-million dollar project team. Duties and Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;
	Establish work plan and staffing requirements for multiple large-scale projects &lt;br /&gt;
	Oversees writing of scope, budget, and QAQC&lt;br /&gt;
	Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency &lt;br /&gt;
	Review performance data (financial, budgets, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels &lt;br /&gt;
	Monitor and develop professional staff to maximize their potential &lt;br /&gt;
	Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market area &lt;br /&gt;
	Develop and maintain positive client relationships &lt;br /&gt;

Required Experience, Education and Skills:&lt;br /&gt;
	5+ years of progressive surveying and management experience&lt;br /&gt;
	Oil &amp; Gas Pipeline experience preferred&lt;br /&gt;
	Professional Licensed Surveyor in one or more states&lt;br /&gt;
	Demonstrated leadership skills to manage multiple registered surveyors, technicians and field crews to deliver multi-disciplinary projects with fees between $5 - $10M&lt;br /&gt;
	Demonstrated success in business development, marketing, and networking&lt;br /&gt;
	Successful experience in contract negotiations, budgets, and fee estimates &lt;br /&gt;

 Professional licensure or accreditation in the appropriate field (e.g., PE, LEED, PMP, and/or CCE/CCC).&lt;br /&gt;
 A fundamental knowledge of practices, theories, techniques and methods of quality management and organizational principles and practices.&lt;br /&gt;
 The ability to supervise, facilitate and provide leadership to a diverse group of project team members involved in a wide variety of technical, engineering, analytical, and management task areas as well as program functions and activities.&lt;br /&gt;
 Experience analyzing program funding and activity data for the development of performance metrics and tracking and reporting of program performance against established metrics and budget.&lt;br /&gt;
 Experience in leading strategic planning development and implementation, program integration, and in facilitating program planning meetings.&lt;br /&gt;
 Ability to work closely with a client to develop and continue to grow project plans for the current assignment/project and to develop long term and deep relationships.&lt;br /&gt;
 Demonstrated success managing/overseeing projects and delivering projects on-time and on-budget completion. International project management experience is strongly preferred. &lt;br /&gt;
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite. &lt;br /&gt;

 Process simulation and H&amp;M Balances Equipment and Instrumentation Data Sheets PFD and P&amp;ID development.&lt;br /&gt;
