This work consists of performing process control, providing inspection, and exercising management control to ensure that work conforms to the contract requirements. The Quality Control Contractor is responsible for all process controls. Review all contract requirements. Ensure compliance of component material to the contract requirements. Coordinate all submittals including certifications. Ensure capability of equipment and personnel to comply with the contract requirements.

(a) Conduct intermittent or continuous inspection during construction to identify and correct deficiencies.
(b) Inspect completed phases before scheduled Engineer acceptance.
(c) Provide feedback and system changes to prevent repeated deficiencies.
The Quality Control Contractor shall provide sufficient numbers of qualified personnel to perform all required contractual provisions.
(E) Subcontractors. Include the work of all Subcontractors. If a Subcontractor is to perform work under this Section, detail how that Subcontractor will interface with the Contractor’s and/or other Subcontractor’s organization.
Modifications or additions may be required to any part of the plan that is not adequately covered. Supplement the plan as work progresses and whenever quality control or quality control personnel changes are made. Approval of the Quality Control Plan will be based on the inclusion of the required information. It remains the responsibility of the Contractor to demonstrate such compliance.
