ECS is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to work in our Washington DC office.
ECS has an exciting opportunity with the US Mint to provide O&M and modernization support for thier IT Operations Support division
Defining roles, key processes, performance objectives, acceptable quality standards, and surveillance methods and tools
Implementing the quality awareness and training program, conduct in-process inspections of services and products, and capturing/reporting performance metrics
Reporting on performance trends, record formal and informal customer feedback, and provide analysis at the project and task levels
Auditing services/products/processes using several methods to ensure cross verification
Initiating preventive and corrective actions
Conducting customer surveys, conduct RCA, capture lessons learned, and update the QCP
Must be a US Citizen
Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Must have a BS Degree or Equivalent Experience
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance providing the support listed in the General Description
Good verbal and written communication skills a must
