ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Trinity Solar is seeking a Salesforce Certified Solutions Developer and Architect to join the team to build innovative solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales and other areas using the latest Salesforce technologies. A successful a Salesforce Certified Solutions Developer and Architect must have prior Salesforce technical expertise in product design and architecture, experience working with Salesforce products Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This Salesforce Certified Solutions Developer and Architect position requires the ability to transform and build the existing solution by thinking out of the box and following SFDC best practices. The Salesforce Certified Solutions Developer and Architect resource is responsible for the design of technology solutions in support of core business functions by evaluating end-user needs, client goals, budgets, and existing applications to define system requirements and technical standards. The selected candidate(s) will serve as an expert for the Salesforce Architecture domain and maintain a broad understanding of the other Architecture domains (e.g. Business, Application, Data, and Security domains).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information/Computer Security or a related technical discipline

This is a senior technical position and placement is dependent upon skills, knowledge, and experience of the selected candidate

· At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect on Salesforce.com platform, having experience at least 3 implementations as a principal

· Overall the expertise of at least 12+ years on Salesforce.com platform

· Direct experience with Agile (Scrum) project methodologies and practices

· Experience designing and developing software components specifically with Salesforce.com platform is required

· Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations are required

· Proven experience driving the direction, development, and implementation of complex/large Salesforce.com solutions

· Proficiency in programming using Force.com APEX, Visual Force, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML5 and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com

· Strong knowledge of UI enablement in Salesforce.com including Lightning UI paradigm

· Strong knowledge with configuration, customization, and programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com

· Experience with management of Salesforce.com sandboxes, including their integrations

· Working experience with verticals such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics

· Advanced Configuration on Salesforce platform experience, Security / Permissions Management experience, Apex & Visualforce design considerations

· Demonstrated leadership skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills

· Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and quality

· Ability to pro-actively communicate technical topics in a clear, succinct, and relevant way

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience developing business process flows and soliciting business requirements

· Knowledge and Certifications in SFDC

· Proven ability to lead and work hand-on in building salesforce solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Salesforce Certified Solutions Developer and Architect’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Developing architectures for solutions involving Salesforce platform and make appropriate recommendations to make it both scalable and architecturally sound

· The overall design, architecture for Salesforce product for the organization
Identifies process improvements, Automation opportunities, and Pro-active communications for customer care applications

· Understanding of Salesforce technology stack and ability to deep dive into current solutions to identify issues and recommend fixes

· Comprehensively identifying and documenting core business rules in association with business analysts and developers

· Providing complete assessment and technical review of solutions and validates adherence to best practices and design principles that would be compliant with the company's standards

· Interacting as an active and engaged team member with the Product development teams to deliver complete technical solutions to our stakeholders

· Developing data models for Salesforce implementation with a close alliance of Enterprise Architect. Support the Enterprise Data Governance process by reviewing new data element requests submitted to the product teams to ensure adherence to the enterprise data model

· Good understanding of technology platforms including Cloud products and ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements

· Develops high-level estimates by analyzing business cases and viable design solutions

· Acts as an analyst to help validate requirements for the Business Intelligence team

· Identifies and drives issues through closure

· Identifies potential risks and suggest remediation controls
