Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Facility Engineer opening
Responsible and accountable to assist in Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement projects
Responsible for leading the facilities team of hourly personnel
Lead projects related to facilities upgrades/repairs
Lead maintenance reliability projects to improve mean time between failure of the machines
Work hand in hand with other engineers to improve horizontal expansion of the various improvements
Responsible and accountable for delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery Improvement targets
Support Autonomous Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, and Focused Approach Projects within the facility
Act as the point of contact for the janitorial and other facilities contracts
Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and develop effective countermeasures
Develop and implement Capital and expense projects to reduce risk to the business
Work with various levels of the organization (Advanced Manufacturing, Central Manufacturing, New Product Launch, Engineering Platform) to implement new technologies at the plant
1 + years’ experience with Industrial Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Plastics / Industrial)
5 + years’ experience with Industrial Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
Require comprehensive knowledge of the use of advanced manufacturing techniques
Proven success with leading equipment and facility projects from inception to completion
Thorough understanding of world-class manufacturing tools/methods specifically for professional maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and focused improvement
Excellent communication, conflict management, coaching, interpersonal, and team building skills
Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Six Sigma training/certification
