JOB TITLE: Senior IT Analyst- Integrator
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology
Accountable for developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new/existing software applications to support the achievement of business requirements. Also accountable for providing support and guidance to manage the organization’s collaborative and productivity tools with the aim of improving processes, functionality, stake holder buys in; and stake holder familiarity.
Analyses and assesses existing business systems and procedures to ensure implementation of process improvement and maximize utilization and efficiency of these business systems.
Analyses and develops solutions for identified business needs and ensure the proper documentation and end user training related to this development.
Collaborates with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
Assists in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of business needs, strategies and continue improvement processes.
Liaises with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
Works closely with the Business and IT Management to improve, maximizing utilization, developing, implementation and maintaining process improvements in existing tools and new applications such as Office 365, Share Point and others productivity/business tools, including new technology like mobile devices support to the business.
Provides advice as the technical expert in own right and displays the ability to both, apply the expertise knowledge and disseminates it to the rest of the team.
Supports IT compliance and Business requirements in areas such as but not limited to:
Sox Quarterly Review (IT)
Internal Audits (IT)
External Audits (KPMG) (IT)
IT Software validations
IT Hardware Qualifications
SOP’s Review and Development (IT)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices in regulated environment (Part 11 and Sox regulations).
Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.
Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans (including validation).
Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies. Able to explore new applications and evaluate business possibilities applicability and to increase the utilization of technology in our date to date operations.
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills (English and Spanish).
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems, or Engineering Technology, or Programming, or Software Design, or Computer Science.
Microsoft Development Certifications and/or training in related tools (preferred).
Five (5) years of experience:
In business processes (finance, logistic, etc.) analyzing/developing/enhancing technology solutions for productivity and improve processes in a manufacturing environment, medical devices/pharmaceutical preferred.
Developing VB, .Net, Oracle tools and other recently version of development tools.
Exposure to DB SQL, Oracle and other common databases (creation, maintenance, configuration and related tools).
Experience in collaboration tools (office, SharePoint, BI, skype, etc.) and in continuous improvement processes to maximize tools and implement efficiency in processes based in technology.
