Join industry-leading developer, CTC Software, to create innovative solutions for the civil infrastructure industry. At the center of the CTC’s civil software development, you will direct a team of programmers to create robust software applications. From specifications, to testing, to sales and marketing outreach, you will be the primary driver of CTC’s civil portfolio. CTC Software develops software for the AEC industry, including productivity solutions for Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD and more.
Duties:
· Lead software development of all civil solutions
· Design applications, including detailed functionality and user interfaces
· Work closely with a team of programmers to aid the development process
· Research industry practices to discover new software ideas
· Test applications to ensure they meet design specifications
· Work closely with other product managers on cross-discipline solutions
· Present and train on new products to sales, marketing and technical teams
· Provide virtual demonstrations to prospective customers on Civil 3D products
· Provide virtual webcasts to the industry to learn about CTC products and related workflows
· Create video and written content to help sell and support CTC products
· Contribute content to YouTube library, helping to build
· Work with sales teams as the technical expert to aid in the sales process
· Assist in technical support, answering questions and vetting issues discovered in software
Minimum qualifications:
· Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
· Experience as a thought leader in Civil 3D (power user, CAD manager, etc.)
· Understanding of civil design workflows in Civil 3D
· Strong drive to innovate and constantly looking for the new ways of doing things
· Strong desire to dive into software and understand how it works
· General familiarity with programming and software development concepts
· Comfortable with speaking and presenting in front of groups, in-person and virtually
· Driven to share your knowledge and expertise with others
· Thrives in a fluid and independent work environment
