C2 seeks a Senior Systems Engineer - Digital Workplace to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complex technical components of digital workplace projects from initial assessment through final implementation, while providing remote and onsite project delivery support for our small, medium and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Working with customers ranging from small to enterprise-level environments, the selected candidate will provide a full set of digital workplace solutions, with a focus on Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team to design, build, and operate cloud solutions for our clients. The Senior Systems Engineer will collaborate routinely with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish these projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or extensive related field experience
5+ years of Microsoft services experience
Professional services experience is desirable
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects
Technical architecture background
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong contextual technical understanding including solutions design, deployment and migration
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Well organized and works independently with attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment requiring multi-tasking, and time management in constantly changing technical environments
Confident yet willing to seek advice from teammates or vendor partners

Strong leadership and project management skills, including:
Project planning
Issue and scope management
Team motivation and leadership
Ability to write clearly and effectively

Strong digital workplace integration skills including:
Microsoft 364 services suite, identity and security foundation, adoption of services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, etc.)
Migration from and integration with on-premises and applications focused in the related Microsoft on-premises components
Private/Public cloud hybrid solutions design, deployment migration

The following Microsoft certifications preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Mobility and Security
Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Additional Requirements
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer relationship skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Remote Work Allowed
