You are responsible for
Manage the Corrective Action System including review for submittal, facilitating and coaching CAPA owners at various phases of the CAPA, and reporting KPI.
Schedule and chair CAPA Review Board meetings to drive timely implementation of the corrective and preventive actions.
Be a subject matter expert for the CAPA tool such as Trackwise and train employees.
Review CAPA files for the completeness and identify opportunities for improvements.
Facilitate and partner with the CAPA owners to drive timely root cause and corrective actions.
Monitor CAPA process and trends.
Manage specific quality and compliance projects as needed.
Learn and practice Philips Excellence tools and implement lean program in CAPA related processes.
Active participation with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Production and Quality teams for CAPA projects.
Work with multiple departments to perform product or process failure investigation and root cause analysis. Recognize problems and recommend solutions to resolve the problems.
Participate in internal and external audits.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience
Medical device knowledge (FDA or ISO13485) preferred
Experience with problem solving, process improvements or managing CAPA.
