YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely with Product Management and Customer Experience Team to define service requirements for upcoming products.
Analyse and benchmark the serviceability of our products to define project specific service objectives You will lead Service-related activities throughout the product development cycle : Follow-up on NPD deliverables, Design For Serviceability activities, Prototype Service Design reviews, etc.
You will drive process improvements in Service Engineering : to further develop data-driven methodology for service requirements, to optimize integration, communication, advocacy and tracking of those Service Requirements into Product Development Methodology, to develop / document / validate service parts and service tools strategies and releases.
For new features or technologies in BRP products, you will identify and define distinctive Go-To-Market strategies specific to the Service Operations of BRP dealerships, and follow their deployment, in close collaboration with Technical Training, Technical Publication, Product Quality, Diagnostic and After Sales Support Regional teams.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in Serviceability and Repairability processes in Product Development, familiar with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system environnement
Good knowledge of vehicle technologies (automotive, powersport or off-highway), through professional or meaningful personal experience.
Knowledge of Electric Vehicle technology is a plus.
Project Management and Process improvement experience
Strong connection with BRP products and values.
Very proficient with project management processes, ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure with different deadlines and levels of complexity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team spirit and ability to develop positive fruitful and influential relationships with peers
Capacity to influence cross-functional teams
Demonstrate good judgment in identifying risks and escalate issues when required
