qualified entry & mid-level Marine Engineers/Naval Architects to join its team of professionals.
Position requirements include:
- BS degree in engineering is required. Naval Architecture – Marine Engineering or Mechanical
degrees are preferred.
- Must have an EIT certificate or preparing for the PE Exam.
- Some prior experience working in a naval architecture firm is a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, solids modeling/3D design, stability software, finite element analysis,
computational fluid dynamics, pipe system modeling, energy analysis and HVAC software is
Work will primarily be in an office environment (five days per week typically) with occasional travel for
client and project meetings, inspections, and testing. The successful candidate will have excellent
writing and oral communication skills and will be able to work both independently and with a team.
