Develop detailed business cases for new manufacturing processes and present them to the leadership team.
Lead cross-functional teams in all aspects of projects including research, capital request, project planning, and manufacturing implementation.
This position will provide manufacturing expertise in the areas of Metallurgy, Heat Treatment, Plating, and Material Selection for Engineering and Manufacturing
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material Science, or Manufacturing) with a minimum of five (5) years in a manufacturing environment
Metallurgical experience with manufacturing applications
Extensive knowledge of heat treatment processes and manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of plating and related metal coating processes
Excellent leadership and coaching skills
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
Outstanding communication skills to facilitate discussions with employees at all levels
Ability to support multiple projects at once
Must be willing and able to travel, including internationally
