This position will support a production or maintenance area of the Canton Mill Operations. The primary focus will be in process troubling, optimization, coordination of trials and process improvements to help make operations safe, environmentally compliant and cost effective.

Special Knowledge Skills:

Knowledge of production processes
Chemical, Mechanical, Thermodynamic and Electrical basic knowledge of process operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
BA / BS degree: Pulp and Paper, Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or other technical degrees.
Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
Pulp and Paper Industry experience desired (with B.S. degree).
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated fully effective (or better) performance.
