This position is for a New College Graduate FEOL Integration Engineer to be a part of a Process Integration engineering team responsible for the development, manufacturing and continuous improvement of advanced technologies in GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ state of the art 300mm wafer fab (Fab10) in East Fishkill, New York.
Essential Responsibilities :
Participation in Module Team activity to ensure controls maintain Fab performance to target
Follow improvement plans to increase yield and FEOL module cycle time
Track measurement data and identify trends to find process areas for Integration focus
Candidates will be expected to work closely with Yield, New Product Introduction and Customer Engineering organizations to meet company cost and revenue goals
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner in line with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
Required Qualifications :
Education - B.S. Degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline.
Experience - 0-2 years of relevant experience
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
FEOL technology engineering experience across multiple process modules or in process integration.
Experience in Advanced RF and CMOS Technologies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Experience in high volume manufacturing
