About this role:
Work within the PED test group to guarantee quality of ATV and SxS products through testing and problem-solving activities that lead to improved manufacturability and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:
Perform product and part testing to ensure model performance requirements are achieved
Identify concern areas and develop countermeasures to address assembly problems, supplier defects, market issues and specification items
Summarize and report technical details from testing results to make business decisions

What you need to be successful in the role:
New model product development experience
Prior project management experience
Understanding of All Terrain Vehicles / Side by Side systems and structures
Utilize testing equipment and tools to conduct testing procedures
Blueprint reading/ CAD model viewing/ manipulation
Microsoft Office knowledge – proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Understanding of manufacturing and product knowledge
Problem solving techniques (7QC tools, Kepner Tregoe, Total Quality Management (TQM) or equivalent)
Basic understanding of product development processes (stages and milestones)
Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, decision making, interpersonal and leadership skills

Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of work experience required

Required Education:
2-year or 4-year degree in engineering or an engineering technical field
