Develop modern engineering workflows for CNC machining department
Work with developers and controls engineers to implement robust digital systems
Implement IIOT (Industry 4.0) into a CNC machining environment
Support production in a mixed model production environment.
Develop, implement, and improve CNC machining processes to meet cost, quality, and capacity requirements
Specify, procure, validate, and implement tools and fixtures.
Achieve manufacturing engineering milestones for New Product Development programs


Team player with excellent collaboration skills and a positive attitude
BSME or other technical 4-year degree and 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience within a CNC Machining environment.
1000+ Hours with 3D CAD package(s) (Creo, Solidworks or Catia preferred)
Experience with PLM package(s) (Windchill, Solidworks Vault, etc.)
Creo MPMLink experience strongly desired
Experience conducting FEA analysis for tooling and fixtures (Ansys, Creo, etc.)
1000+ Hours using CAM package(s) (MasterCAM, Powermill, Fusion 360, etc.)
500+ Hours using CNC simulation/verification software (Vericut, NC Simul, etc.)
Experience with modern NC milling toolpaths (HEM, HSM, trochoidal milling, etc.)
Expert-level knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
Experience with process capability analysis using SPC software
Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Minitab, or Python
Experience with modern software development methodologies (lean, agile) desired
Experience with GIT or other software source control methods
Strong passion for pursuing IoT initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Strong interest in digitizing and automating workflows with software and analytics
Interest in applying modern data analytics solutions to multivariate problems (Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence)
Willing to roll up sleeves and get dirty when necessary
