RH2 is currently seeking an entry-level Civil or Mechanical Staff Engineer for our Medford, OR location. As a Staff Engineer, you will be working and collaborating with other RH2 team members in the planning, designing and construction of water, wastewater, irrigation, stormwater and transportation projects. This work matters and impacts the quality of life for local communities, so we have big responsibilities and strict qualifications.
Design and analytical work associated with all phases of engineering related to roadway, irrigation, stormwater, water and sewer projects
Gain hands on training and experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and more advanced modeling programs in multiple disciplines
Growth opportunities to become involved in construction oversight as you gain experience
Interaction with clients and review agencies on projects
Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited University
Have obtained or can obtain an Engineer-In-Training Certification for WA
Knowledge of standard design software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for exceeding customer expectations
