Position Summary
The ERP System Administrator is responsible for managing existing and new part numbers and creating Bills of Material (BOM) information in a configurator database and as well as managing the product configurator tool. Essential duties include:

Establishing and maintaining part numbers and product descriptions.
Creating, updating and maintaining custom product information.
Creating, updating and managing bills of materials to ensure consistency and accuracy. Selecting appropriate routings or work with manufacturing to set up new routings as needed. Reviewing engineering change notices and updating ERP system as necessary.
Designing, updating and validating programming information in the ERP’s product configurator system used to create BOM and routings for “Made to Order” axles.
Working with product engineers and marketing to ensure that customer expectations are met.
Performing other tasks or duties as assigned.
