Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Chattanooga, TN
Environmental Solutions Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at our headquarters in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role will serve as a key member of the FP&A team and be responsible for several key processes within the financial planning and analysis function.
This role will be a key team member in driving improved reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting. Specifically, the person will be responsible for delivering timely financial reporting to Senior Management, developing SG&A forecasts, consolidating monthly forecasts, improving FP&A’s processes, and ad hoc analysis and reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Support and drive analysis for monthly and quarterly rolling financial forecasting and the annual operating plan for all business units and consolidated.
Enhance the processes and tools used to deliver management reporting to provide relevant, timely financial information to support decision-making, aligned with organizational objectives.
Continually enhance the use of business intelligence, budgeting, and reporting tools so that relevant financial information is delivered efficiently throughout the organization.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, free cash flow, and other relevant areas.
Act as finance support for product management on key business initiatives and potential M&A activity.
Participate in continuous improvement activities for improved operations of the Finance Team.
Provide financial support and training for business partners such as Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, special projects and presentations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance required; MBA preferred.
Relevant experience in a professional finance/business environment (0 to 4 years; strong internship experience will be considered).
