Content Developer Role Description
As the future workforce shifts to a new flexible and remote reality, Bundle gives employees the break they need to better focus, engage, and recharge from their everyday demands. Bundle s services include hundreds of original, interactive and live 1:1 and team sessions. All sessions are designed to engage employees and their families so that they can take a meaningful break.
Bundle is currently looking for personable, organized, and thoughtful content developers to join our creative content development team. Our developers will help make a difference by designing curriculum for our one-on-one fun and engaging virtual learning experiences to children 3 – 11 years old, teens, adults, and elderly 65+. Our lesson topics range from science and technology to arts and culture. We compensate instructors for their time or they can receive school credit if applicable. Outline and draft lesson plan content in one or more of the following topics: Knitting, Sewing, Crocheting, or Needlepoint, for participants of all ages.
These outlines and drafts will be used by instructors to conduct engaging sessions for participants of all kinds.
Based on your experience and interests, you will be matched with content types that you re passionate about.
Design activities and content that are clear and easy to follow by instructors.
Design engaging activities and content for a wide variety of participants.
Design customized content as needed on strict deadlines.
Utilize technology and media to develop dynamic curriculum.
2 years' experience with lesson planning and curriculum development preferred but not required
2-5+ years of previous teaching, facilitation, or instruction experience
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical competency. Experience with video conference calling, screen shares, word processing, hyperlinks and PowerPoint Presentations. Some experience with graphics is a plus.
Must provide at least 2 professional or educational references.
Must have a high-school and/or college degree or are currently completing a high- school or college degree.
Must have a functioning computer that can run the most updated web browsers and has video capabilities.
Passionate about our mission of providing breaks to parents, children, and the elderly through fun, interactive, and educational sessions.
Generally available at least 10 hours per week.
Maintains excellent communication with the Bundle Team staff.
