Job Description
The Quality Management and Methods team is seeking to add a dynamic and talented engineer to our customer quality group. The right candidate will enjoy a wide variety of quality management activities. You should be comfortable collaborating with several cross-functional teams and working on multiple complex tasks simultaneously to drive the adoption of new technologies and standards.
Interact with worldwide customers, and other Bosch facilities
Build relationships and foster a cooperative environment with our customer base through transparent and professional communication
Analyze customer returns to determine root causes and work with cross functional departments to develop and implement solutions and preventive actions
Organize and improve the warranty assessment process at Robert Bosch Fuel Systems Kentwood facility
Lead and coach 8D teams
Prepare analysis reports for customer returns, review and gain consensus on root causes
Prepare and upload PPAP data into customer portals
Team member and communication point for engineering changes affecting customers
Continually improve the RBFS plant quality management system by identifying weaknesses from product-, process- and system-audits and following up on corrective actions.
Develop quality department interns by coaching them on quality methods
Analyze quality data and prepare quality status reports

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP
Fluency in a second language a plus (German, Portuguese, Mandarin)
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel
