Sioux Falls Account Executive details: In partnership with another Sioux Falls-based Account Executive, serve 30 hospitals in South Dakota east of the Missouri river. This role will require frequent on-site presence in the ICUs of your assigned hospitals - transportation costs are reimbursable in accordance with IRS guidelines. Outside of on-site requirement, your job functions allow for a blended remote/in-office work location - LifeSource Sioux Falls Office is located at 911 E 20th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.

Our Account Executives play a vital role in building and strengthening relationships with hospitals in their designated regions - with the goal of increasing advocacy for organ, eye and tissue donation and creating invested hospital partners supporting donation.
As an Account Executive, you’ll advance our life-saving work by performing the following job duties:
Establish, strengthen and maintain effective relationships for driving partnership in organ, eye and tissue donation with assigned hospitals.
Drive growth in hospital donation program outcomes by defining, maintaining, updating, and evaluating documentation and data related to donation systems, processes and outcome measures.
Market, develop and execute education and training, in collaboration with Education Program and Resource Developer, to promote excellence in donation.
