From developing procedures, improving maintenance processes, managing system capacity to develop new technology that will continue to enhance the performance of our exhaust systems. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide Facilities engineering leadership to the Virtual Factory Network for process technology transfers in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
Own safety within area of influence.
Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility or environmental excursions, own system documentation and maintenance strategy.
Support Facilities technology & development for the virtual factory network.
Provide direct support and maintain periodic communication with key suppliers to ensure latest and most cost effective solutions are and technical accuracy is maintained in master specifications and standards.
Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with safety, code, and Intel standards as well as study opportunities to reduce cost and improve schedule.
Provide transfer Support to FSM facilities converting to new process technologies & ongoing technical guidance to FSM sustaining facility teams to maintain and improve factory operations

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
3 years of experience for Bachelor's or 2 years of experience for a Master's degree in:
Engineering sustaining support in large-scale manufacturing or facility services support.
Identifying, analyzing and solving immediate issues with technical equipment.
Exhaust abatement (i.e. Scrubbers) and control (instrumentation, PCS and other) systems.
Experience with Statistical Process control.
Experience working in a production environment and/or with other facilities process systems.
Experience commissioning Mechanical systems
Experience with operations and maintenance of rotating machinery
Experience with Maintenance Science or Reliability Centered Maintenance
Experience with project planning, coordination and integration
Demonstrated ability to professionally present to peers and leadership at site at cross-site meetings and actively participate in cross-site tasks as directed
