NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Specialist with Agile to join our team in Roslyn, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Job responsibilities include:
Collaboration with the federal government client and development engineers to understand features, establish test strategies, design comprehensive test plans and work with the test engineers to develop robust test cases.
Comprehensive understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) including an understanding ICA and XML structures.
In-depth understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) / GovCloud infrastructures including a wide range of exposure to open-source tools and technology common to the RedHat OpenShift Container (including microservice implementations).
Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies or having a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Guide the client and team by doing requirement analysis and design/architecture reviews.
Excellent knowledge of agile development and Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) methodologies and the ability to mentor the teams on best practices.
Self-motivated, flexible, with a desire to join a fast-paced team and make a big difference
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
Other tasks include:
Analyze business requirements, which includes business rules and supporting logic of the target system under change and the systems and/or capabilities of the integrating systems external.
Participate throughout the design and development process, analyzing features to point out weaknesses or inconsistencies.
Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with back end test tools (like Toad, SoapUI, MySQL and XML Spy).
Working knowledge of open source test tools such a Selenium, Cucumber and Ruby.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix.
Working knowledge of open source test automation tools such as cucumber, Junit and Ruby.
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence and other open source products commonly used to support an agile development lifecycle.
5+ years’ experience Tester-Automation Testing-HP UFT/QTP or Selenium Tools
5+ years’ experience with back end test tools (like Toad, SoapUI, MySQL and XML Spy).
5+ years of technical Business Analyst Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology Management and 10 years of overall work experience Or Master’s Degree with 3 years.
