The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the hotel facilities in optimum operating condition, by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on the hotel.
This position is ideal for a team oriented, versatile, well groomed hospitality professional . You will be an experienced professional with recognized engineering qualifications, plus have a good basic knowledge of both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Previous experience in a hotel / hospital environment is desirable for this position.
This position will have a focus on the following duties:
Installs, maintains and repairs all Interior and outdoor lighting systems at both Four seasons resorts on Island.
Services, maintains, and programs a variety of lighting controllers including, but not limited to, mechanical, solar battery, digital and radio/computer-controlled systems.
Makes recommendations concerning renovation and installation of new lighting systems; assists in planning new improvements
Demonstrates, Installs, maintains and repairs all landscape lighting systems,
Services, maintains, and programs a variety of transformers, time clocks, and photo cells.
Installs and programs pool lighting equipment
Acts as lead person on a maintenance crew when needed; coordinates work of other crew members.
Maintains lighting standard levels of inventory and regularly checks all lighting systems for operation
Performs related duties as assigned.
Run/Install conduit exterior/interior
Problem solving and troubleshooting Lutron and Incomm control systems.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
