Cosential is looking for support agents who will focus on providing our customers with WOW customer support and service on our CRM application. This critical role handles inbound support requests and works with other teammates to resolve issues quickly and then examines the root cause to determine proactive measures for preventing issues in the future.
Deliver a very high level of customer satisfaction on basic and advanced issues received through our support channels.
Research, prepare, and submit bugs or feature requests to our development team.
Writing both internal and external (customer facing) how-to articles on the Cosential product.
Assistance with Q/A testing as needed
Proven work experience troubleshooting SaaS applications
Ability to multitask effectively
Organized approach to solving complex technical support issues
Previous work utilizing a ticket and/or phone system
Desire to find root cause and improve systems to reduce future support requests
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Strong sense of urgency and passion for serving customer needs
