Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Sustainment Project Engineer to work on the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) line of business in Grand Prairie, TX. Candidate will serve as the THAAD FMS Interceptor Services Project Lead providing oversight and FMS insight to all aspects of Interceptor Services to include Stockpile Reliability Program/Field Returns/Recertification/ Storage & Aging/Failure Analysis to include all FMS partner countries. The successful candidate will guide and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for execution of FMS Interceptor Services. Develop strategic plans to improve supportability, quality, and efficiency of operations. Ensure that issues regarding FMS Interceptor Services are resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Liaison between the Interceptor Component Surveillance & Maintenance Managers and FMS Program Management.
Coordinate with THAAD International Program Managers to ensure fulfillment of FMS case requirements.
Planning/Strategy for FMS Interceptor Services Work.
Work with Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, and Contracts to ensure timely processing of all post DD250 FMS Interceptor work.
Coordinate all In-Country Interceptor Activities.
Evaluate the THAAD Interceptor lifecycle and develop and maintain maintenance plan for FMS Partners.
Apply obsolescence and CM analyses to Foreign partner inventory and spares.
Provide recommendations related to maintenance of THAAD to FMS Partners.
Evaluate maintenance requirements and develop proposal estimates.
Reports status of technical, schedule and budget performance.
Travel will be required.

Candidate must have a Secret clearance.
Experience in systems full lifecycle management across multiple Product Support disciplines.
Experience in design, implementation, and delivery of sustainment solutions.
Control Account Management (CAM 101) trained and understanding of earned value management system processes and procedures.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders with differing goals and objectives across large geographic regions.
Ability to apply analytics to understand key process drivers and integrate across teams to drive implementation of solutions (including providing information that enables quick and accurate decision making for execution teams and leadership).
Experience leading multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment with internal and external customers.
Highly-motivated individual with operations, logistics and supply chain experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work multiple projects and issues simultaneously from inception to completion with little supervision.
Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas (i.e. sourcing, receiving, shipping, engineering, quality, contracts, program office and external customers).
Excellent organizational, research and problem solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel
Experience with IAMD products in general and sustainment of those products specifically.
Experience with depot operations sustainment principles.
Familiar with depot operations as related to missile systems.
Experience working and knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, Statement of Work, Deliverables, etc.
Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
Earned Value Management experience.
Ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
Strong business acumen.
Experience defining strategy.
