The Workflow Designer provides business and technical support to the Bank operations. This position will translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements that result in operational processes/solutions that create significant value to the business. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with key business and IT resources on a variety of complex business projects and designing sustainable, efficient processes to be automated using electronic workflow or other automation tools.

Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on experience with workflow and Enterprise Content Management solutions. Utilizes knowledge of workflows, integration tools and platforms to develop new workflow solutions with IT to meet business requirements
Collaborates with key business partners and IT colleagues to clearly identify business needs in order to develop effective solutions for fulfilling complex business requirements. Translates business requirements into actionable technical requirements that IT resources can immediately understand and implement within a tight timeline
Assesses the performance efficiency of existing processes; identify, recommend, and develop process improvements, as appropriate, to ensure optimal workflow performance and efficiency
Supports the testing of complex workflow components to ensure functionality and process optimization meets intended specifications
Collaborates with IT in the use of tools and best practices for solving business problems. Provides input on protocol and standards for the development team to ensure successful project deliverables

Minimum Education Requirements:
4 year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum Experience Required:
10 years technical experience with application development and infrastructure projects including Enterprise Content Management (ECM), data center projects, hardware/software upgrades, imaging and workflow business process software
Minimum 10 years project management experience or experience working on technical projects developing software or implementing digital solutions
Minimum 5 years' experience with Holland Software/OnBase solutions including some Hyland Certifications (Installer, Workview, Workflow and OnBase APIs) or equivalent
Demonstrates experience in performing business process analysis and a high level of skill developing business and technical requirements. Able to document and map business processes
Possesses strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project timeliness, deliverables, resource requirements and budgets for larger scale initiatives. Can manage multiple priorities and time and successfully prioritize activities
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must demonstrate ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues and provide consultation to a broad group of diverse people and experience
Working knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques like Lean Six Sigma
Systems administration experience using Windows server and workstation-based products; experience in installing and configuring Windows applications and operating systems
Demonstrates proficiency in writing batch files, SQL queries, and dynamic scripting languages that include variables, basic program flow and logical expressions
Knowledge of Fiserv products and experience in a financial services organization not required, but a plus
Experience designing and developing reports and database queries. Working knowledge of Cognos preferred but not required
Within six (6) months of hire, job incumbents will be required to take & pass Hyland Certifications: Installer, Workview and Workflow
PMP certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred
