TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications are designed to provide laboratories with billing and business management tools to help them grow their business. These products allow labs to effectively compete, improve operational efficiency, improve communication between the department and providers and promote compliance. These product lines primarily target clinical, pathology, molecular, public health/environmental and outreach labs and include the following solutions:
Remote client order entry/medical necessity checking
Comprehensive result reporting
Outreach program-specific rules and pricing processing
Complete set of regulatory-compliance tools
Ongoing profitability analysis
Revolutionary billing information system
Create GUI from FSM(s) and receive approval prior to coding
Create code based on detailed FSM, flow charts and GUI prototypes – ensuring product integrity and performance
Update specifications to meet design and coding decisions made during a project version – add technical specifications as needed
Unit test new, changed, and related code and document performance of unit testing in specifications
Provide technical investigation and provide recommendations for changes to correct errors
Correct cases related to errors and/or requested changes to the code and update FSM; ensure all affected code is corrected and unit tested
Manage time effectively and meet deliverable deadlines
Continuing education including achieving and maintaining Microsoft® Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or other applicable technical certifications as required (Microsoft® is likely to require a different certification other than MCSD)
Participate in all necessary meetings
Follow all defined processes and procedures, and make recommendations to improve processes
Availability for after-hours, second-line product support
Experience and knowledge of C# or VB.NET and SQL Server
Experience in ASP.NET Core Web and Blazor App development, preferred
