Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager, the Reliability Engineer contributes to the success of the organization by improving the reliability of plant assets through the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Programs and Processes, failure investigation and solution development.
What you will do:
Supervise key reliability programs and personnel
Static equipment inspection
Root Cause Analysis process, primary owner
Facilitation of RCAs
Maintain updated action items list
Integration of RCA status & results into site Continuous Improvement Plan and Threats List, where applicable
Site “Threats list”, primary owner
Maintain Threats list
Facilitation of Threats List review with site leadership, quarterly
Integration of Threats into site Continuous Improvement Plan
Wholesale site stake holder, Maintenance & Reliability network
QA/QC process for equipment maintenance, program owner
Planned outage program & document creation
Ensure compliance with Nutrien PSM programs
Preventative Maintenance, stakeholder
Preventative Maintenance development for: rotating equipment, piping, tanks, vessels, conveyors, structural, etc.
Preventative Maintenance optimization & rational SME
Equipment criticality, program owner
Maintain equipment criticality list
Conduct criticality audits
What you will bring:
Bachelors of Science, Mechanical Engineering degree or higher
Cause & Effect investigation experience, CauseMap, TapRoot, 5 Why or other
RCM level II training
Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Visions, and Bentley Nevada
