Will coordinate and manage engineering and technical development projects for water intake screen production.
Oversees various aspects of workflow, staffing, budget allocation, and scheduling of the assigned project.
Collaborates with multiple departments to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project.
Facilitates and contributes to the development of project plans and designs of water intake screens.
Works with a design team to create design sketches, layouts, and plans.
Builds models and prototypes of the product and tests the design.
Analyzes equipment, systems, and processes to identify modifications to improve efficiency and quality, and reduce costs.
Prepares periodic progress and cost reports for leadership.
Ensures compliance with guidelines, best practices, and policies
Collaborates with operations to identify and troubleshoot problems
Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
Five years of related experience preferred
Can tolerate prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
